Please review our cancellation and return policy below:

Cancellation of orders can be made any time before order is confirmed by WebTech House, LLC.
Returns or exchange of items can be made within 30 days after shipping. Call WebTech House, LLC to receive an RMA number for your return. Returns without RMA number will not be accepted.
Returned items must be received in original packaging and must include the original invoice or packing slip.
Unopened merchandise can be returned for a full credit/refund.
Opened merchandise in original condition will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
